1.
Speak the words for just the two of us On the beach under the starlight Waves will follow you Until the day the clouds break In the bottom of a dream Always searching for a shining fragment Eventually fleeting heart The tide rises, it falls, it rises again
2.
Thinking about the whereabouts of the ship After a morning dream I feel like the same thing happened to me Once before The oldest spire has not yet fallen Beyond a mist hazier than when I saw it last Ah please, may you go unnoticed Never again Managing to escape from the evil star Arriving at the ruined cottage I had seen somewhere before Ah please, may you not be seen Ah please, may you not be caught I will surely meet you once again
3.
Gone into despair The night just disappears into the darkness The wind is still there, bewildered The place I once dreamed of It’s the place where abandoned yearnings Will eventually end up Collecting things nobody needs at all Going on a helpless journey into the night unawares Going into the night with despair
4.
Sign of Soul 06:22
Always with me Still together with me
5.
The day I can forget you Just that was all I was wondering Has it already Melted into the other side of a dream? I remember that morning Forever and ever The depth of the valley, the blueness of the sky In front of me Gloom, beasts, With all earthly things I'll never forget you forever and ever Even if it's in the other side of a dream, No matter how far I go
6.
Psalm 06:39
A rift between the clouds, light In the morning, light enfolds you both Your leg guides me in the dark Watching over your closed eyes Extending forever You can go anywhere Distant wide world Eventually we will find the answer Extending forever You can go anywhere In the morning, light enfolds you both A rift between the clouds, light
7.
Let's go out as we did last evening Let's keep everything is as it was It's not a dream It's not reality Going to a place where even words can't reach I am always thinking of paradise Always The castle of melancholy once came into view up ahead Now it's just a shadow The snow is falling The wind is blowing Just even now, all those things are there That shimmering light Even though I chased after it all the time I saw it many times, but every time... If the colours of the setting sun allow me I shall take you away Let's go out as we did last evening Let's keep everything is as it was It's not a dream It's not reality Going to a place where even words can't reach The castle of melancholy once came into view up ahead Now it's just a shadow
8.
Soon, They will come soon Very soon, They will be seen diagonally upwards In the west of the sky Surely they will come soon to the side of the moon In the west of the sky

about

Since their first album in 1995, Japan's Nagisa Ni Te has created an enchanting and deeply personal sound world woven from elements of folk, psychedelia and rock along with wistful melodies and gentle arrangements. Centered on Shinji Shibayama (Hallelujahs) and Masako Takeda's partnership, the group has created intimate, emotionally resonant music that floats and breathes with an ease that can only come from a sort of telepathic chemistry. Released in Japan on the group's 25th anniversary, Newocean is a clear eyed, expansive collection of songs evoking love and loss, hazy sunshine and looming darkness, human yearning amidst nature's grandeur.

Black Editions is thrilled to present the first ever vinyl edition of this milestone album, cut at 45rpm in a double LP edition for maximum analog fidelity. Housed in a heavy tip-on gatefold sleeve with UV gloss, strike-through matte varnish and embossed finishing.
